Forte Licensing Solutionsprinciple objective is to assist financial planning practices/businesses to make a choice on the most appropriate, best aligned licensing solution for their individual circumstances. Conversely, we are also able to assist dealer groups/licensees to grow and develop their businesses by providing an introduction to planning practices best suited and aligned to the groups unique proposition. Forte pride ourselves on being independent, providing well informed and appropriate solutions to both dealer/licensee and planner. To ensure that dealer groups/licensees are properly represented and given front-of-mind consideration, Forte wishes to engage them in a structured Due Diligence process, Research and often “Coal-faced” interaction and open dialogue with key personal. Forte especially wants to understand the culture and dynamics of the group. |

For a licensee to be considered as a potential option as a licensing solution, Forte needs to have a reasonable basis upon which to include the licensee as an option. Through Forte’s experience, we have developed a baseline (Foundation) of information required specifically focused on the needs and considerations of planners and their businesses when considering alternate licensee’s. Once a licensee provides this base information it gives Forte the ability to consider their license when sourcing suitable licensing solutions. |
Comprehensive Service and Licensee Review - $7,500 (+gst) |
Forte’s preferred option is to become engaged with a licensee, to undertake a formal review and prepare a report on the Dealer Group/Licensee for the consideration of Financial Planners/Businesses when assessing the Dealer Group/Licensee as a provider of their future AFSL needs. The report, when complete, is also a significant advantage for those licensee’s seeking to provide a third party insight and opinion on their solution. Forte undertakes a 3 phase process Factual and Tangible Data collection, Cultural and Intangible Investigation and, preparation and provision of an Information Memorandum (Report). This is a significant process covering all facets and service offerings of the licensee as well as in-depth conversations with Key Personal and existing planners and business licensed with the Licensee. |
